Ritchie (or "Doctor" Boneyard as he is otherwise known) is Boneyard's owner and tattoo artist, specialising in freehand and custom work with a genuine interest in cover-ups.

"Been fascinated by tattoos from a very early age (2), when I started drawing (mostly skulls) and fishing (still doing both!).  Have earned a living from artwork from age 16, and by 18 had built up a large catalogue of Flash. Over 20 years experience in tattooing beginning with early hand-poked experiments on schoolmates! Set up the studio in 1990 and since then have tattooed a wide range of clients from around the globe, many of them returning several times for more pain! Boneyard tattoos have been featured on both terrestrial and satellite/digital television channels on programmes as diverse as The Money Programme, Sky Sports and the X Files. They can also be seen on several sports personalities and have even been used to advertise  Opera."
